All website orders $50.00 and over will be shipped FREE via UPS Ground within the continental United States on all non-sale shoe orders. Socks and select insoles are excluded. Sale Merchandise is any item listed with a price ending in .99  Any other requested method of shipping, or any international purchase will be paid for at the customer's expense.

All shipping is based on Monday through Friday and does not include weekends or holidays. Next Day Air orders must be placed by 12PM Eastern Time.

Sorry we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes

BACK ORDERS  (BACK TO TOP)

Backorders – Our inventory is extremely large, however, if your order is out of stock, we will email you to let you know for how long or if there is a recommended substitute.

PAYMENT POLICY  (BACK TO TOP)

We will not charge your credit card until your order has been shipped to you. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All international shipments must be paid for with American Express, US money order, wired funds to our account (email us for routing and bank numbers) or a certified check payable in US funds.

RETURN POLICY  (BACK TO TOP)


Exchanges – We will gladly exchange any item you receive from our website within 14 days of delivery.  Just return your purchase in unworn condition in the original box and enclose a note stating your preference. Sale Merchandise is not returnable.

Second exchanges will incur a $7.95 restocking fee.

Refunds – You may also return your purchase in unworn condition in the original box for a full refund within 14 days.
 A $7.95 restocking fee will be applied if free shipping was involved.  Additional shipping fees are not refundable. Sale Merchandise is not returnable.
